We are looking to appoint a talented NQT or experienced English Teacher to work in our vibrant and multicultural school.

Lealands High School is a very successful and popular 11-16 Foundation School which has been re-built to accommodate 1050 students from the growing population in Luton and surrounding Bedfordshire villages.  The school was judged “good” overall with “outstanding” behaviour and safety by Ofsted in May 2013 and remained good at our March 2017 inspection.  Lealands benefits from being an extremely diverse multi-cultural school with a fantastic caring ethos and very high expectations.

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and talented Teacher of PE with a willingness to teach English, maths or science to work in our vibrant, high achieving and multicultural school. You will be part of an extremely successful department with a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic team of highly committed teachers who achieve excellent results with both KS3 and KS4 students.

We wish to appoint a highly skilled, extremely well organised and professional Personal Assistant to join us from September to provide high-level administrative support to the Headteacher. This post offers the exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and successful team. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work to tight deadlines with initiative.  They will thrive in a busy and challenging environment, being able to prioritise competing demands effectively.  They will show discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality.  Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, as is high-level professionalism in all aspects of the role.   The successful applicant will communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including parents and students, supporting the Headteacher with all aspects of his role.

This is an exciting, challenging and extremely interesting role for the right person.
