Information evening for new parents - 'Being a Lealands Parent' - Thursday 11th September 6.30-7.30pm
We would like to invite parents/carers of all new Year 7 students to an information evening to ensure that you are fully supported in your child's transition to High School.
We know that the transition can be daunting for parents and children alike. We would like to make sure that you are fully aware of our communication systems, school values and what will be expected of your child, now that they are at Lealands. It would be beneficial if your child could attend with you.
The information shared will include:
- How to help your child settle in and do well
- Support for Special Educational Needs
- What to do if there is a problem
- How to support your child's learning, including supporting with Extended learning
- Information and advice about our online platforms.
