He led an inspiring session with a group of Year 8 and Year 9 students, as part of our involvement with his charity, Dallaglio RugbyWorks.

Lawrence began the visit by leading a high-energy rugby session. Notably, Acting Headteacher Mr. Ward got involved in the session, making the most of some high-level coaching tips from Lawrence himself. Following this, Lawrence spoke to the students about his remarkable career, sharing the highlights of his sporting successes, including England's 2003 World Cup triumph. Crucially, he delivered a powerful and honest message about overcoming significant challenges and the vital importance of persevering through adversity.

This successful visit came about as the school have been working with RugbyWorks, whose dedicated mentors have been delivering engaging sports and personal development sessions to a group of KS3 students.
