Students Use Their Cooking Skills To Say Thank You!
To say thank you for all their support this year, seven of our Year 8 students, recently prepared and cooked a full three course meal for their parents/carers, teachers and other support givers.
The three course menu consisted of a butternut squash and ginger soup to start, followed by lemon and garlic chicken with hasselback potatoes, lemony green beans and star anise carrots. For dessert, there was freshly made meringues with cream and fresh fruit.
The students worked extremely hard and the final reviews from everyone eating were overwhelmingly positive. Thank you to everyone that attended.
